I recently contacted multiple companies to address a leak issue in my property and provide me with an estimate. Although several companies visited my property, only one of them provided me with an estimate. Interestingly, the other companies assured me that they would handle the insurance process. Tim Gentry, the owner, was stellar every step of the way. He handled everything from permitting to BAR approval and even attended the hearing on my behalf, going above and beyond what most contractors would do. His project manager, Paulo, was easy to work with and communicative, and Tim personally showed up almost every day to check on the progress. Despite some weather-related delays from heavy rain, the team still completed the project quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The final results exceeded my expectations. We needed the front peaks of our house redone due to hail damage. Empire was able to get to me within a couple of days for a free estimate. Empire Roofing did a wonderful job on my home. They installed siding that was damaged. My home looks great after the siding has been installed. My wife and I are very happy with the job they did.

The overall project came out well. The price for the work was competitive and reasonable. Tim, the owner was thorough and was responsive throughout the work. This was a very big reason for the 5-star review because while the job turned out well, there were frequent bumps along the way that required attention and touch up. At all times Tim responded and made sure the work met the standards we expected once the project was complete. I would definitely hire them again for future work on our home.
